The room was fairly quiet with a very comfortable bed and views over St Helier. the service was first-rate with an early check-in. - the location was marvelous to travel around the island.

Truly enjoyed my very good stay during our visit. The location was central, great for a palace and a castle located near the hotel. By the way, a park and a hill were near the place.

Generally, thoroughly enjoyed this extremely comfy and truly exceptional accommodation with very amiable staff who were pleasant and helpful the service on reception. The location was amazing and perfect for me as it was adjacent to the center of St Helier, the restaurants areas and the spa areas and the restaurant and bar. The hotel was away from hustle and bustle, as I expected.

The hotel has a central location, making it a great place for exploring Saint Helier. It is conveniently located near restaurants and a spa. the friendly breakfast waiters and reception staff make for a pleasant stay. the hotel is situated on a beautiful island with lots to see in the shopping area. Vegetarian guests can enjoy a hot breakfast that is reasonably priced.

Thank you everyone for a real good stay on all night for most of our stay. The breakfast had plenty of options: scrambled eggs, fresh bread, pastries, bangers, and bacon. The location was particularly good - near to the snack bar/restaurant, foot and Jersey and a bunker. We went out for dinner, found Seasons Restaurant, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in a residential area above the town. Our room was airy and beautifully maintained, with a fridge and a good view. the breakfast offered a huge variety of options, including scrambled eggs, slices of fresh bread, pastries, bangers.

The large bedrooms were well furnished and the walk-in shower in our bathroom was excellent. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the St Helier skyline. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The hotel had a beautiful garden and the restaurant had a varied menu. Though we didn't get to try the Saffron restaurant, we found the options in the Garden View restaurant to be great. The lounge bar was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast in The Orangery had a good selection. The hotel also offered a shuttle service into town, although it was a pleasant 15-20 minute walk. We will definitely stay again.
